About CAMIL
CAMIL is an automated driving, electric-powered minibus of EasyMile's third generation EZ10 vehicle type.
The EZ10 is the most widely deployed autonomous shuttle in the world and has been used on public and private roads in mixed traffic environments in more than 26 countries. Equipped with industry-leading sensors, the EZ10 detects and avoids potential obstacles and navigates safely without the need for additional infrastructure. Thanks to its unique safety systems, the EZ10 is now able to operate without an on-board supervisor in many use cases. In the CAMIL project, a human attendant, a so-called operator, is always on board and can take control at any time.
